"Call Waiting" was a short film I created that captures what life is like when your spouse travels extensively for work. This film was shot in one evening, with virtually no budget, with two of my good friends Sam Ellis (Actor) and Hardison Moles (Cinematographer). I wrote the script, directed, and edited the film.
My husband toured as a lighting director for over eight years, and thankfully, that chapter is mostly behind us. However, while it was still fresh in my mind, I wanted to create a film that captured all of the loneliness, mundanity, and hope of those years.
